Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms

By using Reelmember you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Section 2 — Description of Service

Reelmember is a personal AI-powered video library that allows you to save, organize, and search short-form videos from platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Our AI extracts and indexes content from videos to make your saved library searchable.

Section 3 — User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others.

Section 4 — Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Reelmember to save content that violates copyright law or the terms of service of the originating platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent any technical limitations of the service

Section 5 — Content and Copyright

You retain ownership of any notes or personal content you add. Reelmember does not claim ownership of videos saved to your library. You are responsible for ensuring your use of saved content complies with applicable copyright law and the terms of the originating platforms.

Section 6 — Subscription and Billing

Reelmember offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. All subscription purchases are final except where required by law.

Section 7 — Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Section 8 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Reelmember is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Section 9 — Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

Section 10 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
